Terms of use

By using spacetrack.eu you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because this is a small informational site.

1. Informational purpose

This site publishes orbital positions, rendered images and explanatory articles about the International Space Station, Tiangong and related objects. It is provided for information and general interest only.

2. No warranty

Orbital data is derived from publicly available two-line element sets and propagated with standard orbital mechanics. It is believed to be accurate but is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Positions may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect, and accuracy degrades between element set updates.

Do not use this site for navigation, operational planning, safety-critical decisions or any purpose where an error could cause damage, injury or loss.

3. Availability

There is no guarantee of uptime, and the service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. No compensation is offered for downtime.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site are © Jeroen Wouda / CWEB.NL. Rendered frames are generated from public orbital data and public domain imagery.

5. Advertising

Pages may contain advertising served by third parties. Advertisements are not endorsements. The operator is not responsible for the content of advertisers' websites.

6. External links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. No responsibility is accepted for their content, accuracy or availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the information on it.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version always applies. Last updated: October 2026.
